Real Estate Management Experience

Work closely with the Visionary of the parent company to grow a variety of areas within the organization, while being directly responsible for the brokerage firm.

Acts as Integrator and President for the brokerage firm utilizing a detailed (EOS) Entrepreneurial Operating System, while utilizing the Level 10 process for maximum accountability of all divisions.

Strong financial acumen, financial profit and loss responsibility and accountability for all income and revenue streams across the company, along with annual planning and budget preparation.

Represents the Brokerage at all networking, speaking, public relations and industry events nationally.

Responsible for a detailed market strategy to include: new agents, mergers and acquisitions, referral streams, sales training and recruiting.

Overall direct responsibility for several divisions such as: Referrals, Coaching and Training, Recruiting and Growth.

Managed a 10 person virtual team for compliance, agent relations, recruiting and referral management.

Responsible for human resources, legal administration, accounting practices and marketing campaigns.

Overall accountability for the real estate brokerage firm in Las Vegas and Arizona with 9 branches and 350 real estate professionals.
