company financials and budgets up to $100mm.
Manage all human resource functions including hiring, terminations,
personnel compliance, disciplinary actions, coaching, performance appraisals
and management by objectives.

accountable for delivering exceptional performance.
Redesign, implement and monitor business strategies to incorporate the
“work smarter-not harder” philosophy and streamline operations for
